Reminder: Great Opportunity Tomorrow for Hopewell Coaches Pitch Players

Just a reminder about a great opportunity for kids in Hopewell that currently play in the Coaches Pitch League.

This started last week and will take place every Sunday at the Kane Road Fields.

Hopewell HS Baseball Coach Singletary has an open invitation to all Hopewell kids currently playing in the Coaches Pitch league to come and work on their fielding, throwing, catching, running and certain defensive situations.

This is obviously a great opportunity for the young kids in our district to get hands on coaching from a knowledgeable and successful coach, that’s led Hopewell HS Baseball to two WPIAL Championships. I’m not sure of too many coaches in the WPIAL that are volunteering their time for something like this, but Hopewell is fortunate that Coach Singletary is doing so.

It’s great to hear that this is something that will continue most Sundays throughout the summer. This is free so if you’re child wants to take part and get better, this will continue tomorrow from 11 AM until Noon.
