It’s been a great high school football season so far thanks to our partners from Giant Eagle, Pittsburgh Post Gazette, and JRM Video Productions! The Steelers are excited to announce we are bringing back the Fan Vote game for the final game of the “Steelers High School Showcase Game of the Week” on KDKA+ taking place on Friday, October 24th!

We bring our Steelers social media crew out to a game that fans vote and determine which is the “Steelers Showcase Game of the Week”. We feature highlights and stories on our web and social channels, plus have a highlight package on Saturday morning for your team and community to see on Steelers.com and Steelers Youth Football social media channels. All the action can be seen LIVE on KDKA+.

In addition, we will have a current or former Steelers player serve as a Ceremonial Co-Captain for your coin toss! He will be there on the broadcast, interacting with your student section, and will join the high school captains and referee at midfield for the coin toss.

Your school is one of the finalists for October 24th! The game that we cover is based solely on votes, so forward this link to your players, parents, students, social media outlets, and community, and get out and vote so we can cover your game. Voting started this morning and ends on Wednesday October 15th at 9am, so have your community start to vote today – and you can vote more than once! This #SteelersShowcase game will be announced on Friday, October 17th on the Steelers Showcase Game of the Week KDKA+ broadcast, Steelers Youth Football social handles and on Steelers.com.
