⚽️💙 Hopewell Girls Soccer Finishes Strong, Caps Season With 5-4 Record 💛⚽️
The Hopewell Junior High girls soccer team wrapped up its season last week with three tough matchups and plenty to be proud of.
After battling through a competitive season, the girls closed things out against three strong opponents, continuing to show the fight and teamwork that defined their year.
Hopewell opened the final stretch against the Avonworth “A” team. The girls battled hard against a talented opponent, finishing with a 6-0 loss. Earlier in the season, Hopewell faced Avonworth’s “B” team in a thrilling 5-4 contest, showing just how competitive these matchups could be.
Next came Blackhawk, where the Hopewell girls put together another strong performance. They ultimately fell 3-2, but the two Hopewell goals provided some exciting moments.
⚽️ Amzey Budris found the back of the net, while Mackenzie Bellomo delivered one of the season’s memorable moments with an amazing defensive shot that found its way into the back of the net! 🙌🔥
Then came the final game of the season, and the girls made sure to finish on a high note.

Caroline Krazynski and Charlotte Kovell scored the Hopewell goals, with Kovell’s goal assisted by Amzey Budris.
🏆 The victory gave the girls a well-earned winning finish and brought their final record to 5-4, with two additional games cancelled during the season.
From the early-season battles to the final whistle, this group continued to compete, support one another and grow together. They faced some challenging opponents, celebrated some big wins and created plenty of memories along the way.
A 5-4 season is something these girls can be proud of, especially considering the competition they faced throughout the year. 👏⚽️
Congratulations to the entire Hopewell Junior High girls soccer team on a great season! 💙💛
Keep playing. Keep growing. Keep representing Hopewell. ⚽️🔥
