Hopewell Boys Basketball 4th Grade Travel Team to Play for PBC Mid Division Championship Tonight

Another Hopewell sports team could be holding a championship trophy!

Over the weekend, both the Hopewell Boys and Girls 5th Grade basketball teams won the Our Lady of Fatima Memorial Classic.

Tonight, Coach Dave Gigliotti and his 4th Grade Boys Basketball Travel Team will play for the PBC Mid Division Championship. The Vikings will take on Beaver Falls, with a tipoff set for 6 PM.

Hopewell enters tonight’s game as the No. 1 seed, while Beaver Falls is the No. 2 seed. Hopewell advanced to this championship game after defeating Blackhawk, 33-11.

During the regular season, Hopewell and Beaver Falls played twice with the Vikings winning both games (28-21 and 27-20).
