Tremendous Performance By Hopewell Swim Team at the MAC Tournament

Hopewell Sports Nation wanted to make you aware of the outstanding performance this weekend by the Hopewell High School Swim Team at the MAC Tournament.

This weekend’s tournament included lots of trips to the podium and tons of best times from the Hopewell swimmers.

**The following Viking swimmers medaled at the meet, so a big congratulations on that.

Hazel McCowin (1st place in 200 IM, 3rd in 500 Free).

Lindsey Brown (1st place in in 50 Free, 3rd in 100 Free).

Hopewell’s 400 Free Relay Team of Ava Yoder, Hazel McCowin, Lindsey Brown and Jordyn Glumac took 3rd place.

**The following swimmers all made it to the podium as well.

Boys 200 Medley Relay of Troy Palochak, Connor Progar, Charlie Houston and Joey Gregory took 7th place.

Emmett McCowin (8th place in 200 Free).

Ava Yoder (8th place in 200 IM and 8th place in 100 Back).

Joshua Ryan (8th Place in 500 Free).

Boys Free Relay of Connor Progar, Aiden Trunick, Emmet McCowin and Joey Gregory took 6th Place.
