Recapping and Looking To What’s Ahead for Hopewell’s Little Lady Vikings Basketball (Grades 3-6)

HSN wanted to let you know what’s happening with the Hopewell Little Lady Vikings Basketball Program, which consists of players in Grades 3 thru 6.

Here is the schedule for the upcoming week for the Little Lady Vikings:

–5th Grade Team plays at Home this Friday, January 26th, at 6 PM against Beaver. This game will take place at the Hopewell Junior High School, Lower Level, Gym B.

–3rd Grade Team plays at Home on Saturday, January 27th, at 11 AM against Riverside. This game will take place at the Hopewell Junior High School, Lower Level, Gym B.

In other news, the Hopewell Girls Youth Program and Little Dribblers were invited to attend the Penn State Beaver Women’s Basketball game this Saturday (1 PM). The girl’s youth travel team will be playing at halftime of that game.

This past weekend, the Hopewell Little Lady Vikings team took part in the Best of the West Tournament at West Allegheny.  The 4th Grade tournament consisted of teams from South Fayette, West Allegheny, Baldwin, Peters Township, Chartiers Valley and Trinity. The 5th Grade Tournament included North Allegheny, Beaver, West Allegheny and South Fayette, while 6th grade had two brackets with teams from South Fayette, Cental Valley, Peters Township, Trinity, Elizabeth Forward, Chartiers Valley and West Allegheny.
