Beauty & the Beast Show Support
With only two weeks until the current rises on this years junior high production of Beauty and the Beast the program is still seeking support with some key donations and volunteer opportunities.
The recent letter from the program administrators below outlines their needs, maybe if you’re a Spring or Fall Sport closing down your concession stand for the year and have extra items that could be donated to the shows concession stand it would be a big help.
Hello, everyone!
We are closing in on just over 2 weeks until the performances of Beauty and the Beast and we need your help! Below you will find the link to our Sign-Up Genius accounts for volunteers and donations for the three performances: Friday, November 22 at 7p.m. and Saturday, November 23 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Thank you to everyone who saw the links on Facebook and have signed up so far for volunteering to help with lobby decorating, concessions, and the tribute table and for signing up to donate items to sell! However, we have a lot more slots to fill and we are reaching out to get your support.
We also have a link for donations for the Family Banquet that takes place between the Saturday shows. We are looking for families to sign up to supply water, desserts, chips/pretzels, and gift cards for purchasing refrigerated items. In the past we have asked for fruit and veggie trays and meat and cheese trays, but in an effort to speed up our serving process, to allow preparation time, and to make it easier than people bringing those items on the day of the banquet, the gift cards will be used for those items.
Lastly, if you have not yet responded for the Family Banquet, we will be accepting RSVPs until Friday, November 8. After Friday, we will be reaching out to any families who requested any additional guests for the banquet (beyond the 2 guests per student) and letting you know if we can accommodate those requests.

*Any donations of items for the concessions and tributes should be dropped off during tech week practices in the lobby of the high school. We prefer any tribute items for the tribute bags we sell (clear plastic bags, small waters, pretzels, and jolly ranchers) to come in on Monday as we assemble those bags during lobby decorating nights.
