WATCH: HSN Talks with Hopewell Quarterbacks Kingston Krotec and James Armstrong

Hopewell Township- One of if not the biggest strength of the 2024 Hopewell Vikings football team is at quarterback.

Coach Matt Mottes and offensive coordinator Zach Rosa have the rare luxury of having two quarterbacks that are talented and can get the job done.

Junior Kingston Krotec has been the starter the last two seasons and is joined by incoming freshman James Armstrong.

Krotec is a tremendous athlete unfortunately hasn’t yet been able to truly showcase his talent due to inconsistent play on the offensive line. The belief is that the line will be improved this season which is great news for this quarterback duo.

I say duo because both are playing well in camp and both Krotec and Armstrong will play this season. The exact plan hasn’t been announced by the coaching staff.

The good news is that both players are talented and with the talent on the offensive side of the ball, it should be exciting to watch regardless of who’s taking the snaps.
