Coaches Comments:
As an assistant volunteer coach, I attend all of the swimming practices and meets. I am very glad to see all of the accomplishments that our swimmers have improved on in the last few weeks. Additionally, I would like to commend all of our swimmers for the incredible job of inclusivity they have shown towards everyone on the team. Our head coach always remarks that she wants to maintain a safe space where the swimmers feel comfortable and supported. This year’s swimmers are doing an amazing job of that, and Coach Kathi and I agree on this statement. At this meet, we had so many parents, students, and spectators cheering everyone on, making sure that everyone was cheered for. I could not be any happier with their dedication, attitude, and outlook on this sport.
