WATCH: HSN Talks to New Hopewell Boys HS Soccer Coach Nathan Richter
Hopewell Township- The field at Tony Dorsett was filled up all evening tonight between the high school football, girls high school soccer and boys high school soccer preparing for their 2024 season openers next week.
Prior to the start of their practice, HSN had the opportunity to talk with new boys head soccer coach Nathan Richter.
Richter takes over for longtime boys coach Nick Mohrbacher, who retired following the end of last season.
The Vikings program has some momentum as they’re coming off a season in which they win their first playoff game in 11 seasons.
Richter is also taking over a soccer program that has good numbers and a growing youth program.
HSN spoke with Richter about coming to Hopewell, his soccer resume and other things.
Next Tuesday, August 20th, Hopewell will be in action at Tony Dorsett Stadium as they take on Freedom in a scrimmage (6:30 PM).
