Hopewell Basketball
Congratulations to Hopewell’s Caylee Sundy!

Hopewell Sports Nation wants to send a big congratulations to Hopewell girls basketball player Caylee Sundy.
This morning, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette announced that Sundy was named to their WPIAL Class 4A All-Section Team.
The sophomore guard led the Vikings in scoring this past season by averaging 14.5 points per game.
Sundy accomplished a couple of big feats this past season.
Most importantly, she and her Hopewell teammates qualified again for the WPIAL basketball playoffs.
Secondly, Sundy tied a school record when she made eight 3-point shots against Ambridge. Caylee tied a school record previously held by Amanda Tocci.
The future is certainly bright for Sundy and the Hopewell girls’ basketball team is only graduating one player from last season’s team and will be adding a number of talented 8th graders to their roster along with getting back Alyssa Spang, who missed the season with an injury.
Once again, congrats Caylee on this noteworthy honor.
Go Vikings!
