Important District-Wide Master Facility Planning Community Meeting on Tuesday

Reminder: Invitation to Participate in a District-Wide Master Facility Planning “Community Meeting” on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 (7PM) in Hopewell High School Cafeteria.

Dear Hopewell Area SD Families and Residents:

Good afternoon.  I am communicating to remind Hopewell Area SD families and residents that the district is hosting a District-Wide Master Facility Planning “Community Meeting” on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 (7PM) in the Hopewell High School Cafeteria.  The meeting will include a presentation and discussion about the future of Hopewell schools.  Those attending should access the high school cafeteria by entering the building through the auditorium/gym entrance of the high school.  All community families and residents are invited to attend, and no registration is needed for those attending in person.

HASD welcomes children into the community meeting session; However, high school student volunteers will be on hand to assist with childcare supervisory services.  Those seeking complimentary childcare services should complete the attached form for district planning.

The district is providing a virtual option for HASD families and residents who are unable to participate in person.  However, the district wants to communicate that those attending in person will likely have a more engaging experience.  Planned activities include group collaboration exercises which will be limited for those attending through a virtual option.  However, to meet the needs of varying district stakeholders, a virtual option is being offered.  Those seeking the virtual option must register through the link below.
