Hopewell’s James Armstrong and Brody Rock Invited To National Regional Recruiting Camp
People that watched the Hopewell junior high football team this season know the talent level of James Armstrong and Brody Rock.
It appears as though; their reputation is beginning to spread outside of Western Pennsylvania.
On Monday, those talented 8th graders received invitations to the Regional Exposure Camp Series on January 7th in New Jersey. This is a college recruiting camp for elite football prospects, which leads to exposure as players are able to compete in front of over 2,500 college scouts and assistants.
This is an invite only camp and New Jersey is just one of the locations this camp is held: November 18th in Charlotte, December 2nd in Orlando, January 20th in Dallas, January 27th in Los Angeles, February 10th in Chicago, February 24th in Phoenix, March 9th in Birmingham, April 13th in Maryland, April 20th in Las Vegas, April 27th in Ohio, May 4th in Kansas City and May 25-26th in Houston.
For over 20 years, these camps have been held to help student-athletes, families and coaches find success in recruiting.
While they’re just in 8th grade, it’s apparent that both those players have a future playing college football if that’s the path they choose. Armstrong in particular, who’s also a standout baseball and basketball player for Hopewell.
Hopewell Sports Nation just wanted to give a shootout to both players for this nice honor.
The future is certainly bright for Hopewell Football.
