Update on the Hopewell HS Football Head Coaching Search

With the PIAA Football Championships games completed, the search for Hopewell’s next football coach will officially get underway.

Hopewell Sports Nation has learned that official interviews for the vacant position will begin tomorrow.

From what we’re being told, the coaching vacancy has drawn good interest, which is definitely a positive.

While we’ve confirmed some of the candidates that will be interviewing, in order to respect the process and to not jeopardize any of the candidates chances, we won’t make their names public at this time.

Hopewell has been without a coach since the resignation of Matt Weiss following the conclusion of the 2023 season.

With the importance of an offseason program and now installing a new system, I wouldn’t look for this interviewing process to drag out too long.
