HSN To Broadcast the Hopewell Football 2024 Season Opener on Facebook Live

Hopewell Sports Nation is continually trying to our website by having more content and doing new things.

With that in mind, we have something exciting to let you know about.

Tomorrow night, HSN will be broadcasting the Hopewell football 2024 season opener against Riverside live on Facebook Live.

Long-time Beaver County radio broadcaster Bruce Frey will be doing the play-by-play, and I will be doing the color commentary.

As far as what you the viewer will see; we will have a camera in the booth that will be following the action, while Bruce and I call the game. Keep in mind, this will be one-camera shoot, so it won’t be like watching a game on ESPN. However, I believe the quality should be good and you’ll be able to see the action and get our thoughts at the same time.

The good thing is that if you’re at Tony Dorsett Stadium, you’ll be able to go back on our website and watch the broadcast, following the game. Or if you can’t make it to the game, you can go the site and watch it live.

At this point, this is a one-game trial run, and we’ll see how it goes.

If things go well, the plan right now is to broadcast all of the Hopewell 2024 home games. If things go really well, maybe we can expand to other sports.
