Hopewell U8 Indoor Soccer Team Remains Undefeated!

The Hopewell Vikings U8 indoor soccer team remains undefeated at 5-0 after a 8-0 win over Montour.

Max Holsinger led the way with 5 goals and Theo Hudak tallied 3. Shutout in net from goalies Jonah Honess and Nico Crognale.

This time last year, the Vikings team only won 1 of their 8 games. Led by coaches Ed Russman and Aaron Cumpston, the Vikings are showing tremendous growth and having fun along the way. More than half the players have at-least 1 goal. While scoring is nice, the boys have shown great strength on the defensive side of the ball as they have only allowed two goals against so far this season.

The team looks to continue their winning streak against Moon on 12/8 at 5pm at the Sewickley Sports Arena.
