HW 4th Grade Basketball – Defeats Southside

The Hopewell 4th grade Basketball team is playing in the South Side Tournament this weekend. Last night they defeated South Side 18-12, Landyn Dellicarpini, Bowen Smith, and Cooper Biller all had 2 points each, Sean Bain and Kellen Boehm had 6 points each.

They had shut down defense in the second half to shut down south side. This morning they Played West Allegheny and after being down 2 we went on a 12 point run, our defense played lights out. Landyn Dellicarpini, Kellen Boehm,and Sean Bain had 4 points each, Breyson Hoth had 2 points, and Cooper Biller had 8 points. Our other players contributed too in many ways. They are Logan Giering, Tyler Berich, Sully Smith, and Owen George

They should be the number 1 or 2 seed heading into today’s tournament. The Coaches are Craig Biller and Jonathon Dellicarpini. Helped By Ryan Berich and Nick Hoth.

Hello Hopewell! While I am not originally a Hopewell native, it has been my home for over 12 years. My wife and I have three beautiful children that all play Hopewell sports including baseball and softball. My wife and I are both active in coaching our Children's teams.
