What a great night of basketball for the Hopewell Boys teams. First the JV team came away with a decisive win!

The Varsity team took over from there and caged the Freedom Bulldogs early and never looked back. Zach Kovell was the obvious story of the evening culminating an impressive multi sport athletic career with this 1,000th point in last nights game. The gymnasium was packed for the event, in true fashion, Hopewell showed up to support its Student Athletes.

After a short celebration early in the game, Hopewell went back to work going up double digits before the half. Zach Kovell, Brody Rock, James Armstrong, Thomas Pipkens III, Avery Bokor, Jayvion Lindsey, Aaron Dickhart, and Zach Gigliotti were all in on the action putting in a true team effort.

The Final Score – Hopewell 66 – Freedom 34

Hello Hopewell! While I am not originally a Hopewell native, it has been my home for over 12 years. My wife and I have three beautiful children that all play Hopewell sports including baseball and softball. My wife and I are both active in coaching our Children's teams.
