Registration About to Close for 2024 Hopewell Youth Football

An important reminder from the Hopewell Youth Football League.

Registration for the 2024 season will close on June 30th at Midnight.

Here is some important information and dates for the upcoming season.

CONDITIONING:

-Conditioning will start on Monday July 8th from 6 PM until 8 PM at the Middle School Field. Players need to bring cleats, water bottles and please wear athletic clothes.

-Mandatory Heat Week will take place the week of July 22nd, Monday thru Thursday from 6 PM until 8 PM.

PARENT MEETINGS:

-Mandatory Parent Meetings: This is when players must have an adult in attendance. And this is when you’ll turn in all required documents.
You will need all three of these items:
*A paper copy of your most recent report card
*A wallet size head shot
*1 of the following- original birth certificate, an original shot record signed by a doctor or a color copy of your baptism certificate.

Here are the meeting times for each age level:
July 23rd: Twerps at 7:45 PM
July 24th: Termites at 7:45 PM
July 25th: Mighty Mites at 7:45 PM

FOOTBALL PICTURE DAY:
-Will take place on Friday, July 26th at the gym of Our Lady of Fatima Church from 5-9 PM. Exact team times will be announced closer to the date.

EQUIPMENT:
-You will be responsible to turn in a $150 check at the day of equipment pick up. The league will hold onto this for lost or unreturned equipment. This check will be returned at the end of the season following all equipment being turned back into the league.
