Hopewell 2028 3-Sport Standout James Armstrong Receives National Recognition
Despite not having played a down of high school football, his reputation is proceeding him.
Hopewell Junior High 3-sport standout James Armstrong received some nice recognition on Monday from a national media outlet.
QBHitList.com released a list of their Class of 2028 Dual Threat QB Watch List and named Armstrong. This is noteworthy because this a group of quarterbacks from all over the country, not just from one particular region.

Armstrong was a huge part in the success of the Hopewell Junior High football team this past season that went undefeated during the regular season and tied New Castle, 42-42, in the Western Pennsylvania Big School Junior High Championship.

One other note concerning this 8th grader, Armstrong recently received an invite to compete in the Regional Exposure Camp Series, where he would be watched by college scouts. This takes place in Maryland on April 13th.
Currently, Armstrong is playing baseball for Coach Nick Hoth and the Hopewell Junior High Baseball team and soon will be with Coach Jamie Yurcina and the Hopewell Pony League team.
