Dormont- Coach Nathan Richter entered his first year as Hopewell boys soccer coach with the goal of getting this team back to the playoffs.

While he knew this team had some talent, Richter also knew he was bringing in an entirely new system and playing style so it wouldn’t be easy.

It took some time but this team got better every match and eventually started understanding the system, which resulted in wins.

Tonight, the Vikings earned their biggest win of the season as they beat Keystone Oaks to clinch a playoff spot.

After the match, HSN spoke with Hopewell head coach Nathan Richter.
