12-Year Olds Lose Opening Two Games of Monroeville Tournament

The 12-year old All-Star team has dug themselves into a hole after losing their opening two games of the Monroeville Tournament.
In game one, the Vikings lost to South Park, 6-5, and 12-2 to Monroeville, in game two.
Hopewell fell behind 6-1, before scoring 4 runs in the final inning to make things interesting.
South Park pitchers limited Hopewell to 5 hits and struck out 9 Vikings batters.
Ryder Kostrick went 2 for 3, with 2 runs and RBIs. Congrats to Connor Reed, who hit a HR to center in the 6th inning.
In Game Two, Monroeville was dominant both with the bats and on the mound.
Hopewell only collected two hits and gave up 15 hits.
Final Score: Monroeville 12 Hopewell 2.
