HW Softball 12U Levels Ambridge Headed to Quarterfinals!

There were two big wins yesterday for our Hopewell Youth Softball Teams, the 10U – Santamaria/Majors Team pulled out an amazing walk off win against a good Southside team that would not give up. The grit and determination from both teams in that game was exactly what you hope for when watching a developmental league progress over an entire season.
Also, not to be diminished by the walk of win was a decisive win by the 12U Gold Team in their Quarterfinals matchup against Ambridge.
Hopewell got on the board in the first inning when Gianna Rossi tripled, Abby Babinsack doubled, Addie Gray doubled, and Gabbie Gray grounded out, each scoring one run. Abby Babinsack was not done in the first she had a monster game and drove in seven runs on four hits leading the team production for Hopewell. Abby tripled in the second scoring three, tripled in the fifth scoring three, doubled in the first scoring one, and tripled in the fourth scoring one.
