Please Consider Helping With The Joshua Prigorac Golf Outing Fundraiser
We are writing to you on behalf of Joshua Prigorac. Josh is a Hopewell native and his mom Diane (Colonna) was a beloved teacher for many years, his father Rudy was a Hopewell police officer. Josh was also a great athlete at Hopewell playing football.
As many of you know, Josh suffered a traumatic brain injury in a car accident ten years ago. During the past year, Josh’s devoted parents and primary caretakers both passed away. Thankfully, Josh is now in the care of the wonderful staff at Concordia at Villa St. Joseph, and his social security income is now paying for his residential living expenses.
At this time, a golf outing is being planned for Friday, May 17, 2024. This fundraiser will hopefully raise money for Josh’s family to provide specific out-of-pocket medical supplies, treatment, and medication for Josh. Additionally, through your donations, Josh’s family would have the funds for the copay on a new wheelchair every five years, the everyday maintenance on Josh’s wheelchair-accessible van, and the purchase of a new van in the future.
Josh’s family is currently seeking donations to use as door prizes, Chinese auction baskets, and raffle prizes. They’re looking for tee sponsors and beverages cart sponsors as well. With each donation, your company and/or name will be recognized at the event with the appropriate signage and programs.
As always, thank you for your continued support and love for Josh. He is still a young man with a full life to live. One who obviously has many challenges, but who also enjoys life as much as he is able through donations like yours.
